Reverend Vincent Fraser has been an ordained Assemblies of God minister since 1978. He was born again in 1961 at the age of 16 in Soesdyke, Guyana. At 24, he became pastor of the Soesdyke Assembly of God church, later renaming it Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God, where he served for over 15 years. Before entering full-time ministry, he worked for the Ministry of Works and Housing in Guyana as the Assistant Clerk in Charge.
While pastoring and starting several churches, Reverend Fraser also served as the Assemblies of God Assistant General Secretary and Presbyter for the East Bank Demerara, as well as the Director of the Evangelistic Association and the Retreat Camp facility. In 1984, Reverend Fraser and his family accepted the missionary challenge to pioneer the Glad Tidings Assembly of God church in Kansas City, Missouri, where he has been pastoring for 40 years. He has been married to Errolyn, an ordained Assembly of God Minister, for 51 years, and together they have four daughters.
